About the event

The promise is to refresh and replenish attendees with a full day of inspirational ‘me’ time.

The Well is back again after a successful inaugural year! After receiving amazing feedback from our first year, we are growing!

The Well is an event where the focus is on nurturing the relationship with ourselves, finding real joy and honouring the fabulous women in our community!

This year’s event will include everything you loved from last year with even more to love. The second annual Well event will offer exciting and inspiring workshops and more vendors to shop!

Women across the GTA are invited on November 18, 2018 to the Oakville Conference Centre. Your day will start at 8:30 a.m. and finish at 4:30 p.m.so make sure you come in comfy clothes!

Get Zen

Start the day off with a light breakfast and refreshing morning meditation. Come just as you are — comfy clothes encouraged! It’s the perfect start to your me day!

Be Inspired

Sit comfortably at your table and be inspired, learn a little, get motivated and simply be entertained by our amazing line-up of strong, female speakers!

Recharge and Enjoy

In-between speakers check out the recharging lounge, where you can enjoy fresh spa water and your mobile device can receive a charge too! Dr. Julie Donato will be there offering free muscle testing!

The muscle test will be used to determine how stress is affecting people’s symptoms (pain, fatigue, dizziness etc) if at all. Everyone will be asked to push their arm up towards the ceiling as she resists their pressure. After each muscle test she will explain what she found and give you an idea of what you can do to address what was found.
